Register Today! www.c-m-e.org/UnitySummit       1st Annual Consolidated Meeting              Reach...Teach...Train...Send                 February 9, 2011     Dear Connectional Members and Friends,   We are pleased to announce that the first CME Unity Summit will be held Tuesday, September 25 through Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel located at 500 Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The CME Unity Summit will be hosted by the Fourth Episcopal District, Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr., Presiding Prelate.   The CME Unity Summit is a consolidated meeting for the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, providing education, training and nurturing ministries, and opportunities to meet, teach, reach, grow and empower members. The CME Unity Summit includes the following meetings in the appropriate year:     Annual CME Convocation General Connectional Board   Women's Missionary Council Executive Board Connectional Lay Institute   Connectional Young Adult Retreat Ministry to Men Retreat   It is anticipated that the CME Unity Summit will save the CME Church hundreds of thousands of dollars annually and our members an average of $2,000-$5,000 in hotel, airfare and registration fees!   Register today for the CME Unity Summit. The registration fee is $150 - one fee for all meetings! The room rate at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel is $115 per night plus tax. You may register online or send in your registration form. You will be able to reserve your hotel room upon completion of the registration process.   A receipt and hotel confirmation notice will be e-mailed to you.   Mail-in Registration: Download a registration form at www.c-m-e.org/UnitySummit. You may mail in your registration form and use your credit or debit card to pay your registration fee and guarantee your hotel room, or pay your registration fee by check or money order.
