Linsey, the 39th Bishop of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.  Bishop Linsey was the Episcopal Past Patron Bishop of the Women's Missionary Council, and served as the Patron Bishop of the Council from 1995 to 2002.  He was a wise counselor, supporter and friend to the Women's Missionary Council.    Our thoughts and prayers are to his beloved wife Mrs. Mae Linsey, children and family.    In His Service,     Dr. Elnora P.
